  • How do I order?
    You can contact us at dessertsbyjen@hotmail.com or send us a message on Instagram @dessertsbyjenandjeff with all the details for your order. If you enquire via website/email, and do not see a response after 48hours, please check your junk mail. Please provide the following information: - Name - Your email address and mobile number so we can contact you - Date of order & time needed by - Pickup at Lidcombe or delivery - Any allergies - What would you like to order and the quantity. Please specify if there is a colour scheme, theme etc
  • What are the payment options?
    We require a deposit via bank transfer to confirm the order. No orders are booked in until the deposit has been received. Details for bank transfer will be provided after order details and a final order total has been discussed.
  • Where are you located? And do you do delivery?
    We offer both pickup and delivery options. Pickups are at Lidcombe. Delivery will be based off the distance/time from our main location in Lidcombe. Price will be provided upon discussion.
  • How much notice do you require?
    At least 5 days notice is required to place an order, however 1 week or more is recommended in case we do get booked out. If you do wish to place an order with less than 5 days notice, feel free to send us a message and if we do still have availability, we may be able to fit you in. *Orders placed last minute my incur a rush fee of 25% of the total order*
  • What days are you open? And what pickup and delivery times are available?
    We are open 7 days a week, however we do require at least 5 days notice to book you in. (The more notice the better in case we get booked out earlier). In regards to the Lidcombe pickup, we can do pickups between 9am-6pm. We are very flexible with delivery times. Feel free to let us know if you have any preferred delivery times and we can let you know if it'll be possible.
  • Do you deliver interstate?
    Yes we can do interstate shipping depending on the product/s that you are after. Products such as brownies, cookies and fondant cookies are all able to be shipped interstate with no problems. Desserts such as cupcakes, cakes, dessert cups are unable to be shipped interstate.
  • Can you accommodate to dietary requirements?
    We do offer some (not all) products that are: - Nut free - Gluten Free Unfortunately we don't currently offer any vegan or dairy-free options. We would be happy to discuss further dietary requirements if required via email: dessertsbyjen@hotmail.com or by direct message.
  • Do you offer mixed boxes?
    Mixed boxes are only available during promotion weeks, otherwise our minimums do apply. We offer regular promotions which will be posted on our social media pages. Alternatively, feel free to ask us what products we will be currently making for the date required. If we will be readily making other desserts for that date, we may be able to create a mixed box using those same desserts.
